Pack has the same assets as our original package – Urban Abandoned District. If You already have this asset then probably don’t need those :) With the new update, a map is part of the original package.

From the assets of our previous package, we wanted to build something new and cheaper for you. About 1/3 part of the assets and scene with the backyard of our childhood :) We hope you will like it :)

Of course with our new tradition after 10 reviews, we will prepare a new FREE update. Write in your review what you want:

  1. At least 5 new props
  2. RTX version of the map
  3. Night lighting scenario

Technical Details

Tested on RTX 3060 Full HD resolution:

-work in editor: 130-150 FPS

-play in editor on fullscreen: 75-85 FPS

-play on development cook: 130-170 FPS

Remember that scene still has no simple optimisation tools(culling, hold, streaming, draw distance, etc.) because it depends on how you want to use them.

If you run our project with a movie template and have “out of memory” message please write to us. Also if you want to convert the scene to UE5 we will support it if needed.

Collision: Yes, custom and automatically generated

Vertex Count: 28 – 42095(Big old workshop)

LODs: Yes, auto-generated

Number of Materials and Material Instances: 176 (Most of are instances of 5 base-materials)

Number of Textures: 266

Texture Resolutions:

  • 4096 for larger objects
  • 2048-4096 most props
  • 512-1024 small props
  • Terrain: 4096×4096

Supported Development Platforms: Windows PC (should work with others)

Intended Platforms: Desktop, Console, VR

Important Notes: There is support for UE5 and it works properly but be aware that the Demo map could look slightly different because of changes in the engine.

Hey there, I saw your product can be used for games, movies, etc… and your work match acuurately my project. Any chances I can use them for my game ? Any paid license to buy somewhere ? -keep the great work on !

Hey, thanks a lot! :) Of course, a demo is included in a package you can buy here on the Unreal Marketplace. And that demo you can use in your game.

Please be aware that the package is also included in our Urban Abandoned package and that package is also included in our Bundle Abandoned product. Depends on what you need :)

Hi,

I purchased this but I am not seeing the demo to load it into unreal.

DO I have to build everything from scratch?

Or am I missing (not seeing) the pre constructed set I thought I was purchasing.

You have the demo of course. It’s one of the older packages and probably the demo was in the MAPS folder. Or just try to search level assets and you should find a level with _P (presistance).

I could check the details tomorrow at the office if it will be necessary :)

Textures not showing up all the way in map

I bought it to have the scan quality of the rooms but the map when loaded does not render all the textures whats going on.

Sure it will work. But if you need much more options I would recommend the full version of this package: Urban Abandoned District. It will give You a lot of possibilities :)

Sure. You just can’t resell directly our source files in any product like other packages, tutorials etc. But it could be used in any final product like games, movies, films etc :)

It’s stunning what the Urban Abandoned District assets can achieve. Even this partially stripped-down version of those assets looks more professional than 95% of any pack available.

Very tempting, but I want it all. I’m still waiting for that 50% off sale on the full District pack. If I’d seen it at 70% off in the recent market sale, there’s no way I could have resisted buying it. Impossible, really.

I’ve got you on the Unrealsale.io price tracker, so I won’t miss this sale, should you choose to do it.
